Look at this heart warming picture.
In the middle of an organizational behavior course lecture , the baby of one of the students started to cry. Instead of getting angry and asking her to get out with the boy, the lecturer, Dr. Sydney Engelberg, who is a father and grandfather himself, took the baby in his hands, calmed him down and continued the lesson.
This is not something unusual or special for mother's day. It turns out that in all his courses, mothers come with their baby children regularly.
That what is called "exemplary corporate behavior"!
